Whiplash Design & Print 2012 Rate Schedule
Office Hours: Mon-Fri: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Hourly Rates: Schedules apply to requests received by 3:30pm EST.
1-4 Day Turnaround: $45 hr
Same Day / Next Day: $55 hr
Immediate: $65 hr
Saturday / After Hours: $65 Hr
Sunday: Not Available
Minimum Charge: 15 min. (.25 Hr / $11.25)
1-4 Day Turnaround
- all service requests considered 1-4 Day Turnaround unless indicated otherwise
- requests are placed into production schedule as they are received
- regular services performed same day or immediately do not incur higher rates
Same Day, Next Day and Immediate Turnaround:
- requests for same day, next day or immediate service should clearly indicate turnaround time desired
- subject to availability, confirmation required
Canceled or "On Hold" Projects
- any project canceled or put on hold will be billed for services rendered after 30 days
- free or discounted design services performed as part of a canceled or "on-hold" project or print order will be billed the full service rate for services rendered after 30 days.

- subject to availability
- must be scheduled
Discounted Rates
- discounted service rates apply to 1-4 Day Turnaround only
- all other turnaround times billed at rates indicated herein
Monthly Billing (for clients on with established credit on monthly billing cycles)
- invoices are for services rendered and are due upon receipt
- monthly charges less than $20 are rolled over to the following month
- roll-over charges amounting to less than $20 are billed quarterly
- work on any project(s) with unpaid account balances due over 30 days will be placed on hold until all balances are paid in full
Print and Promotional Item Purchases
- All print and promotional item purchases require payment in full in order to be submitted for production
Design Projects (Print & Web)
- All design projects require a deposit of 50% (minimum $25) of project estimate to begin work.
