    Greetings, and thank you for your interest in Whiplash Design & Print Services.

    It is the goal of Whiplash Design & Print Services to provide the benefits of quality design, printing and web services and marketing to the small business community at fair prices.

    Whiplash DPS provides professional, affordable quality print and web services by:

    Whiplash DPS was founded by Michael A. Marks, a 1991 graduate of Penn College, Penn State's premier technical college affiliate.

    After graduation, Michael held positions at the Wilkes-Barre, PA newspaper 'The Time Leader' then moved on to serve as a pre-press operator and graphic designer for Blasi Printing Co., also of Wilkes-Barre, PA.

    Later, Michael moved to Jacksonville, Florida and worked as a pre-press operator and graphic designer for another large printing company.

    Each job presented opportunities to learn about the production side, and each employer graciously offered insights into the business side of the industries. The opportunities to learn were not wasted. At each company, in each of the positions held, Michael began in the entry level position and held the title and duties of Department Supervisor and Trainer by the time he left.

    As the son of a small business owner, and as a small business operator himself, Michael is well aware of the challenges facing small businesses. Many of the benefits of professionally prepared business media and marketing were out of the reach of many small businesses because of the costs, even when the time and cost of the technologies associated with them came down.

    Knowing the challenges facing small businesses, Michael created Whiplash Design & Print Services in order to make the benefits of professional business branding obtainable and affordable to more than just large companies with big marketing budgets. It is his first-hand knowledge, experience and dedication that have made it possible.
